Not medical advice, not a diagnosis. aidoctor.cloud is an AI-powered health assistant that helps you understand symptoms, conditions, lab results, and medications in plain language, and prepare questions for a real doctor. It is not a physician, does not diagnose or treat disease, and is not a substitute for a licensed doctor or in-person medical care. AI answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong — always confirm anything important with a qualified clinician. For a medical emergency — such as chest pain, trouble breathing, one-sided weakness, confusion, severe bleeding, swelling of the face, lips or throat, or thoughts of harming yourself — do not wait for an AI response: call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Using aidoctor.cloud (the «Service») means you accept these Terms.

What the service is

aidoctor.cloud offers an AI health assistant that explains health topics in plain language, helps you understand what a symptom, condition, lab result, or medication might mean, suggests general next steps, and helps you prepare for a doctor visit. Responses come from third-party AI models and may contain mistakes; always verify anything important before relying on it.

Not a medical service

The Service provides general educational information only. It is not a medical diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for a licensed physician or in-person examination. It cannot examine, test, or treat you. For any concerning, worsening, or emergency symptom, consult a qualified healthcare professional or call 911.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break any law, to seek or provide a definitive diagnosis, to obtain prescriptions, to generate harmful or illegal content, to harass others, to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service, or to infringe anyone’s rights.

Basic chat is free within the displayed limits. Optional subscriptions, if you buy them, are billed as shown at checkout, where their terms are presented.

Warranties and liability

The Service is provided «as is», without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its output, including any health decision. Medical decisions are your responsibility together with your clinician.

Changes

We may change the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
